A note from Pastor Joel:
“Outside of my relationships with Jesus and Jenine, the most profitable relationships that I have enjoyed in my life have been with other men who were seeking to follow Jesus together with me. Because of this, I am convinced that one of the main reasons that the church of Jesus is weak in this day & age is that men do not join together around God’s Word. While we may join together around sports, hunting, fishing or other activities, we often do not intentionally join together around Jesus and his Word.
Our elder team and I desire to establish this group as an environment where men of all ages gather together in Christ and experience real, honest fellowship. Every one of us man is significant, with our own particular sphere of influence in the world. Hopefully, this group can be a means by which we can gain the strength of brotherly community as we pursue the glory of God in our generation. Every man is welcome, no matter your age or background. There is no registration or course curriculum, just bring your Bible and yourself. You won’t regret it!
Men’s Fellowship will not be a traditional “Bible study” or a purely academic exercise. Rather, it will be primarily about three things: Bible, Community and Honesty.”
BIBLE
” For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope” Romans 15:4
If we treasure up of the Words of God in our hearts and minds, it will transform our hearts and minds, resulting in a hope-filled life before this world.
COMMUNITY
“Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.” Proverbs 27:17
We are stronger when we are known and loved. No man needs to walk alone.
HONESTY
“But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His son cleanses us from all sin.” 1 John 1:7
Being honest about ourselves and walking in the light frees us to grow.
My hope is that every man who is available will attend. I am excited about meeting together with you!

Men's Fellowship
Men’s Fellowship meets the second Monday night of each month, 6:30 p.m., at the South Campus. Don’t miss out on this great time of fellowship and studying God’s Word together!
Men's Bible Study
and Prayer
Men’s Bible Study and Prayer meets each week on Thursday mornings at 7:00 a.m. in the church library. The time is spent in study, discussion and prayer. The coffee pot is on and the fellowship is great!
